Reach thousands of customers on WhatsApp without losing your number
ZapGuard runs on Meta's official Cloud API and adds the guardrails that were missing: opt-in before the first message, approved templates only, controlled pacing and an automatic pause when the account's quality rating drops. Bulk messaging stops being a gamble.

Paced at 20 msg/min per number, within business hours. Contacts without opt-in never enter the queue.
From setup to the first send
No server to maintain, no phone plugged in somewhere in the office, and no risk of getting the company's number banned.
Connect your WhatsApp
Your official Meta account is linked to ZapGuard. The number is yours, the account is yours — we simply operate on top of it.
Import your contacts
A CSV with name, phone and whatever reference matters to your business. Opt-in comes with it and stays on record.
Pick the template
A transactional message approved by Meta — the cheaper Utility category — with fields filled per contact.
Send safely
The queue sends at the right pace and the panel shows sent, delivered, read or failed, contact by contact.
Send checks

- Approved template (Utility)

- Account quality healthy
Fail any item and the message doesn't go out — with the reason recorded in the audit trail.
Six checks before a message goes out
A banned number isn't recovered through support — it's prevented through rules. Every message passes this list before it becomes a send.
- Mandatory opt-in before the first message, with the source and wording of the consent stored as proof.
- Approved Utility templates only — no marketing content in disguise, which is exactly what gets numbers banned.
- Pacing controlled per number, with deliberately irregular intervals: perfectly even timing is itself a bot signature.
- Opt-out by replying "STOP", business hours in your company's own timezone, and an automatic pause if Meta downgrades the account's quality.
A WhatsApp hub for the whole company
Built for collections, e-commerce, clinics, support, logistics — any operation that needs to notify customers on WhatsApp.
Meta's official API
WhatsApp Cloud API, no emulator and no phone taped to a server. What Meta allows, the system does; the rest, it doesn't.
Templates per use case
Ready-made models for payment reminders, order shipped, appointment confirmation, ticket received and status updates.
Campaigns with a queue
Choose the audience and the template, then send. The queue processes in the background and every recipient has its own status.
Contacts and CSV import
Upload the spreadsheet; the system normalizes phone numbers, flags who has opted in and skips duplicates.
Unified inbox
Customer replies land in one place, with the conversation history and the service window in plain sight.
Sending without duplicates
It reserves the recipient before calling Meta and only retries when it's certain the message never left — customers never get it twice.
Real-time metrics
Sent, delivered, read or failed: Meta's webhook updates the panel while the campaign is still running.
Credits and plans
A monthly plan with an included message allowance, balance tracking, usage alerts and overage billing.
Isolated multi-tenancy
One installation serves many companies, each with its own data — and that is verified by an automated test.
Roles and permissions
Owner, operator and viewer, with each one's limits enforced on the routes — not merely hidden in the UI.
Business hours
The sending window follows your company's timezone, so nobody wakes a customer at 5am because the server runs on UTC.
Ready for your segment
Collections, e-commerce, scheduling, support and logistics arrive with the message set each operation needs.

Hi Joana! Your order PED-2481 is out for delivery and arrives today by 6pm. 📦
09:12can I change the address? I'm at work today
09:31Of course! Send me the new address and I'll let the driver know right now.
09:31The customer replied? The conversation opens up
When someone answers a template, Meta opens a 24-hour window in which the conversation flows normally — and that's where real service happens.
- Inside the window your team chats through the inbox with no per-message cost and no template required.
- The panel shows how much of the window is left on each conversation, so nobody leaves a customer waiting.
- Past 24 hours, the system requires an approved template again — Meta's rule is enforced by the product, not by your team's discipline.
Built to survive an audit
Bulk messaging touches personal data. ZapGuard treats that as a requirement, not a detail.
Consent on record
Every opt-in stores its source and wording. If anyone questions a send, the proof is in the system.
Opt-out that works
The customer replies "STOP" and leaves the list immediately, without anyone having to remember to edit a spreadsheet.
Companies never see each other
Isolation between companies is enforced in the database and covered by an automated test on every change.
Meta tokens encrypted
Your WhatsApp account credentials are stored encrypted, and every sensitive action enters the audit trail.
